PILLOWCASE AVOCADO FRUIT
A pillowcase inspired by the fruit of the avocado plant. A true stable here in Andalusia. My own avocado tree was the inspiration behind this print, as I always enjoy picking fresh avocados from my tree.
It is a botanically large berry containing a single large seed. The brown seed and the yellow-green fruit complement each other very well. The background is kept in very light green.
Painted with watercolors and printed on soft organic cotton.
The buttons are natural pearls, made of shells.
From cotton, labels and stitched everything has been chosen carefully for every pillow.
Organic cotton is grown without using pesticides from plants that are not genetically modified. People with allergies and chemical sensitivity especially benefit from organic cotton fabrics, as conventional cotton may retain harmful toxic residues. Even if you don't have sensitive skin, organic cotton will just feel better against your skin.
