There won’t be another piece like this one, it’s unique and very special.
Flowers inspired by Anemone Nemorosa. The toxicity of Anemone nemorosa is very high. This little perrinale plant is in the wild usually white, but may be pinkish, lilac, blue and often have a darker tint to the back of the petals. I have wonderful memories from walking amongst these flowers in the woods, both in Canada and Denmark.
The colors are kept in light tones from rosa and white to dark greenish leaves.
It’s painted on paper, with watercolors and each of them is cut out by hand. Combined with glue and have been given matt vanish. The backplate is wavy and contributes to the depth you feel at the shifts in the art.
Looks amazing on the wall as it is or frame it, it’s up to you.
